Minimum Requirements : Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in customer service-oriented tasks. Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience working with military families or community outreach programs Shall possess German language knowledge at the C2 level Specific Tasks: Shall provide Cultural Adaptation and Foreign Born Family support services for Army Community Service (ACS). Services include but are not limited to host nation local community tours, German language courses, English as a second language (ESL) courses and hosting multi-cultural activities. Shall provide input to the monthly integrated community calendar for Cross-Cultural Adaptation Program. Shall create and maintain records and files for the services provided under this contract. Shall coordinate all class schedules with the Relocation Readiness Program Manager quarterly. Shall create a class roster in CTS before each session. Shall offer Interactive Customer Evaluations (ICE) forms to each customer at the end of each class cycle, workshop or individual interaction during office hours. Shall provide monthly statistics to the program manager. Shall meet weekly with Relocation Readiness Program Manager to discuss program statistics and progress. Meetings can be in person or on the telephone. Shall shall interact with customers and staff in accordance with professional business standards and in compliance with military customs and courtesies
