Tasks
For an exclusive customer satisfaction survey in China, we are looking for interviewers who are fluent in Mandarin. Our client is a well established German company that wants to know whether its business partners in China are satisfied or whether there is a need for optimisation. Ideally, you will also speak German and/or English for communication in the project.

If you like making phone calls, want to interview people on the phone using a predefined questionnaire and speak fluent Mandarin, you can start with us as a telephone interviewer in market research. Students are always welcome to join us!

As early as the application process, we offer you training and practical application options to help you become proficient in professional telephoning. Later on, our supervisors will give you feedback and help with telephone work and dealing with dialogue partners.
As you will be carrying out this task as part of a mini-job, a residence permit (only for non-EU citizens) and no other secondary employment are required.
