Role description
As part of our mission to drive growth and operational excellence, we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Excellence Manager to elevate the effectiveness of our sales organization. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our end-to-end Sales and Product Development processes, enhancing operational performance, and providing actionable insights to drive our growth objectives. We’re looking for a proactive individual, eager to make a significant impact and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Your Mission
Sales Strategy, Planning & Pricing:
* Collaborate with sales leadership to define and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives and be responsible for our yearly sales strategy meetings.
* Manage sales forecasting, pipeline pricing management to ensure accurate sales performance reporting.
Sales Process Optimization:
* Develop, refine, and implement best-in-class sales processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
* Analyze and improve our sales and customer-triggered development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring consistency and scalability.
Project & Change Management:
* Lead relevant sales projects, drive collaboration and maintain clear communication to achieve project milestones and enhance overall sales performance.
* Lead initiatives related to process changes, new tool rollouts, or strategy shifts, ensuring smooth transitions and team buy-in.
CRM and Tools Management:
* Oversee the adoption and utilization of sales tools (e.g., CRM systems), improve lead conversion and sales productivity, while ensuring data accuracy and process adherence.
Performance Analytics:
* Define, monitor and analyze sales KPIs that drive sales excellence and business growth, identify performance gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in Sales operations, Sales enablement, or a related role.
* Expertise in analysing, designing and implementing processes and best practices.
* Excellent communication, and project management skills.
* Data analysis and visualization skills using tools like Power BI.
* Full working proficiency in both English and German.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), ERP-Systems (Microsoft Dyncamis NAV/BC) and other sales enablement tools.
* Proven track record of improving sales performance and driving operational excellence.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analysis into actionable strategies.
* Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
