Your role will be pivotal in coordinating schedules, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high standards across all departments.Responsibilities:Planning production according to current customer call-offsCoordinating with toolmaking staff regarding tool repairs and preventive maintenance of toolsCoordinating with project management staff regarding sampling, R@Rs, or advance planningReporting to production management regarding reasons for non-compliance with the production planConducting the Next-Week-MeetingCreating and closing work ordersMonitoring missing parts listsCoordinating with shift leaders regarding the processing status of missing parts lists and repacking/special workCreating shift forecasts including indication of staffing needsUpdating the Operation Planner to efficiently plan productionEntering feedback slips into the ERP systemRecording current empty container inventorySupporting compliance with guidelines regarding IATF 16949 processes and 5S rulesContributing to continuous improvement processes (CIP)Supporting company activities in health, occupational safety, and environmental protectionEconomical and conscious handling of all environmentally relevant resources (energy, input materials, auxiliary/operating materials)Implementing all environmental and occupational safety-related requirementsEducation/Work Experience Requirements:Completed commercial/technical vocational training or comparable qualificationProfessional experience in production planning - desirable but not requiredHigh level of commitment and independence as well as strong communication skills and assertivenessTeam orientationExperience and Skills:Proficient use of Microsoft Office applicationsProficient use of the ERP systemIndependent workingTeamwork abilityPersistence in routine tasksLanguage SkillsGerman – preferably fluentGood written and spoken English.Please note that visa sponsorship is not provided.
