POSITION: SENIOR CLIENT ADVISOR
We are seeking a Senior Client Advisor with a well-established client portfolio, primarily local, who demonstrates excellence in clienteling and KPI management, with a strong focus on sales performance.
The ideal candidate for this position is a professional who excels in client relationships and can build lasting trust and loyalty, contributing to the growth and consolidation of the boutique. It is also essential that the candidate is capable of continuously monitoring and optimizing key sales KPIs, such as conversion rate, average transaction value (ATV), cross-selling, and upselling, achieving top performance in every aspect of sales.
We are looking for someone who can best represent the brand's values and drive the boutique to reach and exceed set targets, always offering a level of service that reflects our company's identity and prestige.
Main Responsibilities
Clienteling and Sales: Drive boutique business through exceptional clienteling, consistently achieving above-average KPIs (conversion rate, cross-selling, average transaction value, upselling).
Customer Experience: Set a model in customer journey, creating excitement and desire in every interaction, offering high-level service across all product categories, with a strong focus on fostering loyalty.
External Relations Management: Support the Store Manager in developing external relationships, following corporate CRM guidelines and promoting partnership sales.
Collaboration and Teamwork
Mentorship and Leadership: Encourage the team to explore unconventional sales opportunities, mentor other Client Advisors, and regularly share sales goals and KPIs.
Operations and Visual
Operational Processes: Ensure compliance with company procedures, collaborate on operations, and maintain order and safety in the boutique, even in the absence of the Operations team.
Visual Merchandising: Monitor HQ visual criteria execution, ensuring the appeal and organization of displays and interior spaces.
