You would be responsible for a team of 5, purchasing finished products across various industry segments. Operational Responsibilities: Oversee material planning, purchasing prices, and inventory management. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Regularly review and manage purchasing forecasts. Develop and implement material planning and procurement strategies across various product categories. Manage and execute purchasing price controls. Perform day-to-day purchasing activities. Team Leadership Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and manage the purchasing team. Enhance and refine the key performance indicator system. Drive continuous improvement of operational processes. Train and mentor team members. Participate in personnel selection and conduct employee interviews. Your Profile: Technical Requirements: A degree in purchasing, business administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of supply chain management. Proven experience in managing a purchasing department. Expertise in developing and implementing effective procurement strategies, policies, and processes. Proficient in SAP (SD, MM, MW). Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications. Fluent in both German and English, with proficiency in Chinese being a plus but not essential.
