Role: Finance & Credit Control Assistant Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 Location: Frankfurt am Main We are currently looking for a Finance & Credit Control Assistant to join the Finance department in Frankfurt. In this role, you will process transactions with an organised approach in a fast-paced high-volume environment, and manage credit and collections activities for AVASK DE utilising the NetSuite ERP system. Finance & Credit Control Assistant, the role Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and timely based on sales orders, contracts, and billing schedules, ensuring adherence to billing terms and contract requirements Evaluate customer credit applications, credit limits, and credit terms based on credit reports, financial statements, payment history, and other relevant information, ensuring compliance with company credit policies and procedures. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports, identify overdue accounts, and prioritise collection efforts based on payment due dates and customer payment behaviour. Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on outstanding invoices, resolve payment discrepancies, and negotiate payment arrangements to expedite cash collections and reduce past due balances. Investigate and resolve customer billing disputes, credit memos, and chargebacks in collaboration with sales, customer service, and finance teams, ensuring timely resolution and accurate billing adjustments. Prepare and distribute accounts receivable reports, aging analysis, and collection performance metrics to management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in credit and collections processes. Ensure compliance with company credit policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements governing credit and collections activities, maintaining documentation and audit trails as required. Ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by management. Skills, knowledge and experience: Experience in working in a high-volume admin environment essential. Excellent German and English written and verbal communication skills. Good attention to detail. Organised and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
