We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to manage our office operations and support our HR functions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy wearing multiple hats, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
The Office Manager is responsible for the administrative, financial, and accounting management of the German office. And also oversee human resources and facilities management, as well as handling customer and internal requests. The Office Manager is a key partner with all department of all the company.
Administration
* Office Supplies & Facility Management: Ensure the office is well-stocked and maintained, managing orders and overseeing facility needs.
* General Administration: Handle various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. Postbox Management and follow up the archives of documents.
* Event Planning: Organize and execute internal events, group travel arrangements.
Finance & Accounting
* Accounting: Manage suppliers and customers invoicing, bank transactions and credit collection.
* Monthly Closing: Ensure smooth monthly financial closing.
* Customer & Suppliers Demands: Address customer emails and suppliers requests promptly.
* Credit cards expenses follow up: Collect invoices and manage related tasks.
Human Resources with the HR department in Paris Headquarter.
* Payroll Management: Oversee payroll variables and ensure timely salary payments.
* Onboarding & Offboarding: Be part of the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
* HR Administration: Handle declarations and other HR administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in similar roles, office management, administration, finance, or HR coordination.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Word, Excel, Google Workspace).
* German and English fluent skills.
