HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.
Negotiation excellence. You will be responsible for the development of negotiation strategies and running of negotiations together with our clients in various industries, including automotive, retail, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and many more. As a negotiation expert, you will play a key role in projects of particular strategic importance. You will also be a go-to person both externally for our clients and internally for our projects teams who would like support with their ongoing negotiations.
Negotiation training. You will be responsible for the development and running of negotiation trainings both externally for our clients and internally within our company. You will empower our project teams to excel in their negotiations by sharing your expertise and negotiation best practices including different negotiation approaches, by providing actionable recommendations for preparation for and running of negotiations in various industries, and by being a brainstorming partner and a coach to the teams.
Expertise development. Your professional expertise will help drive forward the development of the negotiation excellence center and thus build knowledge at our company. You will further develop your skillset by taking part in negotiation projects in different industries, different clients, and different countries.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING.
University degree with above-average grades, preferably in economics or mathematics and with background in game theory, 2-8 years of relevant professional experience.
Extensive expertise in preparation and running of negotiations, experience with application of different negotiation approaches, track record of successful negotiation outcomes, preferably also experience with development and running of negotiation trainings.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demanding projects simultaneously, committed, customer-oriented, and cooperative mindset, open-mindedness and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
Confident appearance in an international environment, business fluency in English and preferably in a second European language, flexibility with professional mobility.
