Sales Assistant German Speaking (m/f/d) Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
* Actively promote and sell products or services to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a deep knowledge of the products or services being offered and stay up-to-date with any changes or updates.
* Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions by providing accurate product information, features, and benefits.
* Demonstrate product functionality, where applicable, and offer appropriate recommendations to meet customer requirements.
* Conduct sales transactions, including processing payments, handling returns, and issuing receipts accurately.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
* Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to customers.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies as necessary.
* Collaborate with team members and sales managers to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
* Maintain organized and presentable merchandise displays, ensuring product availability and attractive visual presentation.
* Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
* Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to sales, customer service, and inventory management.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service in Luxury sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
* Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer proficiency.
