Job Description
In July 2024, Delivery Hero SE merged three of its market-leading food delivery businesses, foodora and Yemeksepeti in Europe, and foodpanda in Asia. All three businesses now make up the second-largest organization within the Delivery Hero Group, and leading food and QCommerce delivery in 18 markets in both regions.
The Manager, Vendor Onboarding Design role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of onboarding, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all activation efforts. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including commercial, operations, and vendor management, to optimize activation rates and improve processes. You will focus on tracking and analyzing activation performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and driving continuous improvement to enhance vendor onboarding experiences and overall efficiency.
Main responsibilities:
* Onboarding & Activation: Responsible for designing end-to-end processes for onboarding and activating new restaurant partners, ensuring timely and seamless integration onto the platform.
* Scalable Processes: Develop and implement scalable onboarding strategies to accommodate varying restaurant volumes across different markets, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product and Commercial to improve the onboarding experience and ensure vendors / restaurant partners are set up for success.
* Operational Excellence: Identify operational bottlenecks, propose effective solutions, and implement best practices to drive efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance the onboarding process.
Qualifications
* Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, with a strong understanding of the market execution aspect of vendor operations.
* Experience in Vendor management is a plus point
* Efficient in Excel, Google Sheets and Process design
* Efficient in Data analysis
* Demonstrated success in leading and scaling high-performance teams to achieve operational excellence.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and external partners across various locations.
