Our Operational and Process Excellence practice is looking for a Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager to join the team in either Düsseldorf, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt/Main or Hamburg. As a member of our team, you will help shape and drive a breadth of exciting transformational work across one of our core industry market sectors: Energy & Resources. Operational Excellence and Process Optimization is about partnering with our clients to solve their most complex problems. What you will be doing Get involved from the beginning by engaging with our clients, creating proposals, and showcasing our skills during acquisition meetings. Take charge of implementing consulting projects to streamline our clients' processes and enhance their efficiency. Collaborate closely with our clients to develop, coordinate, and implement sustainable improvements. In the spirit of continuous improvement, you will be instrumental in developing our operational excellence approaches, techniques and tools. Your skills and experience At least 2 years of experience in management consulting or an internal role focused on Operational and Process Excellence. Proven expertise in lean management tools, including their development and application in everyday business. Experience optimizing processes in the energy sector, commodity trading, or related industries. A background in change management and/or reorganization projects. Knowledge of organizational agility and new ways of working. Good understanding of BPM, automation and how AI can help with Continuous Improvement. The ability to take responsibility and achieve results in a complex, customer-focused environment. Strong communication and presentation skills.
