The Job
This role will involve working closely with clients to sell hardware, airtime services, and smart solutions, with a focus on maintaining customer relationships and providing technical support in collaboration with the service department.
Key Tasks:
* Lead the sales process for maritime-related products and services within the German market.
* Develop relationships with key clients and manage sales enquiries distributed by the Sales Director.
* Work closely with technical and service departments to ensure high-quality service and product delivery.
* Provide quotations and maintain sales forecasts, ensuring that all deals are in line with company guidelines.
* Offer in-depth product knowledge to both technical teams and customers, ensuring solutions align with client needs.
* Actively participate in market awareness initiatives, industry exhibitions, and seminars.

The Profile
Required Experience:
* Experience in maritime sales, specifically with NAVCOM solutions.
* Strong technical understanding of maritime communications and hardware solutions.
* High commercial awareness and customer-focused approach.
* Proficiency with MS 365 and CRM systems.
* Willingness to travel extensively within Germany and abroad.
* Flexibility around working hours – this is not a 9-5 job.
* Comfortable presenting to engineers and well as the C Suite
* Comfortable presenting technical solutions to both engineers and senior executives.
