Job Description As a Global Key Account Manager (m/f/d) (GKAM) for Danfoss Climate Solutions, you will have the opportunity to measurably impact the Segment in a positive manner by managing one of our largest global customers. As a member of the Global Account team, you are responsible to drive results with the customer across the Segment Business Units and Regions. You will find satisfaction representing Danfoss Climate Solutions while deploying a global key account plan resulting in increased customer loyalty while meeting the expectations of Segment Stake holders. This is a global sales management position reporting to the Sr. Global Account Director. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Secure delivery of the Danfoss Climate Solutions value proposition with the support of internal stakeholders (sales drivers, segment marketing, applications, product management) based on customer insights and needs. Develop and deploy a Climate Solutions segment global KA Plan aligned with the Global Account 5 yr. business perspective. Secure Business Unit support and commitment to Key Account Plan. Drive regional execution of the Key Account Plan through regular reviews (business development dialogues) on the opportunity pipeline, major activities and challenges including risk management. Develop, strengthen, and maintain relationships with key decision makers (procurement, engineering, product management, marketing) through organized technology, project and business reviews leveraging the Danfoss matrix. Manage Supply Chain and Engineering relationships to secure results at all levels.
