Holistic project management across all phases of an event is your thing. You coordinate goals and focal points with various departments and develop convincing concepts. You also increasingly combine presence at the event location with digital formats that extend the event. You manage the implementation of events, coordinate exhibits and actively contribute to a successful appearance. You keep an eye on budgets and are the first point of contact for service providers. You know that B2B events do not end on the last day of the trade fair, but that the post-fair phase is crucial to success. You are involved in sales & marketing activities after events and also support this important phase with your creativity and determination. In this way, we ensure as a team that a holistic concept works from start to finish. You know the saying “after the trade fair is before the trade fair” and with your overview and experience you can evaluate target achievements and identify optimization potential. Qualifications: You have a degree or completed training in the field of trade fair and event management/marketing and have already gained some experience in planning and implementing trade fair appearances and events - ideally with a B2B focus You are a proven project manager and with your organizational skills and structured way of working you lead events safely and efficiently to success. At the same time, your creative streak motivates you to contribute ideas and try out new formats - from building up an arc of suspense before, redeeming it during and extending it after the event You are communicative, your way of working is characterized by a hands-on mentality and appreciative commitment.
