Global Product Security Manager (d/f/m)

Members of the Product Security Team work with each other and with Leica Microsystems product development teams all over the world to bring security solutions and maturity to our customers and stakeholders. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Advise and inform internal stakeholders on cybersecurity standards, best practices, discovered issues, and maturity progress especially with respect to the industrial and life sciences industries.
* Review, refine, and provide training on product security processes and security tool integrations.
* Partner with product development teams in planning for, and approving secure designs with threat models, risk assessments, and security testing.
* Continuously monitor for, coordinate response to, and manage discovered vulnerabilities within our product portfolio and their components.
* Translate existing and new international standards and regulations (e.g., EU Cyber Resilience Act, AI Act, Data Act) into working policies and design requirements.
