In this pivotal role, the Head of HR will oversee the following functions:
* Performance & Recognition: Executing and evolving our performance management and recognition programs to foster a high-performance culture
* Talent & Business Relations: Serving as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support to align talent strategies with business objectives
* Talent Acquisition: Leading the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top-tier candidates who embody our company values
* Talent Development: Creating and delivering learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, foster career growth, and prepare employees for future challenges
