Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior CRM Manager (m/f/x) to spearhead our CRM initiatives within the B2B Marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our CRM strategy across multiple channels, with an initial focus on driving and delivering automated emails campaigns across the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in CRM management, ideally within the tech sector, and a proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive CRM strategy that enhances customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
* Oversee the management and optimisation of all CRM channels, with an initial focus on email automation. Manage the integration of additional CRM channels such as SMS, in-app messaging, and product notifications to enhance customer communication.
* Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align CRM efforts with business goals and customer needs.
* Monitor and analyse key performance indicators such as email open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, customer retention and engagement. Use insights to optimise CRM strategies and demonstrate the impact of CRM initiatives on business objectives.
* Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns, leveraging segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing to maximise impact.
* Collaborate closely with the B2B content team to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across CRM channels.
* Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our CRM practices remain cutting-edge and effective.
* Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management on CRM performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
* 7+ years of experience in CRM management, with a strong emphasis on B2B marketing in the tech or SaaS industry.
* Demonstrated expertise in CRM tools and platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing team.
* Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
* Strategic thinker with a passion for customer engagement and a history of successful CRM initiatives.
