What you will do As Senior Account Executive (f/m/d), you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our business and increase revenue by acquiring new enterprise clients. You will work with acquiring some of our largest and most strategic customers, building strong relationships, and ensuring their success with Mentimeter. You will work both with inbound inquiries (from companies that have seen the growth of Mentimeter happening in their organization) as well as engaging prospects with data-driven outbound activity. Your responsibilities: Develop and execute best-practise, comprehensive account plans to address prospect priorities and pain points. Generate qualified opportunities based on a holistic understanding of customer challenges and the value Mentimeter can add. Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts. Drive opportunities from demand generation to closure to meet and exceed revenue targets for assigned accounts. Manage account plans through applying value selling and solution selling techniques. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve sales strategies and tactics continually. Skills & Requirements Several years of direct quota carrying selling experience in SaaS industry. Demonstrated success in managing accounts, generating and managing opportunities, and deal closure. Proven track record in successfully addressing C-suite executives with a structured and proactive approach to drive dialogues Strong will to succeed, but not at the cost of your colleagues, and thrives working in a tight-knit team Has drive and a real passion for sales Strong communication & presentation skills Ability to structure your work, prioritize tasks and coordinate internal resources Bachelor’s or master’s Degree Fluent in German and Business English What Mentimeter can offer At Mentimeter we can offer a diverse and inclusive work environment supported by smart and driven colleagues.
