Brief Role Description
The employees are responsible for the development and implementation of measures to increase sales and sales of original parts, original accessories, complete wheels and original tyres. In addition, they are responsible for the qualitative performance of the partners in order to secure the sales commitments (service business plan). They independently monitor market developments and requirements through to the targeted implementation of campaigns to increase market exploitation. In addition, they regularly agree on and control the service/parts/accessories performance with the contractual partner and critically question compliance with the defined service standards according to the service partner contract.
