What does this role entail? Be a support to all employees in HR related matters Take responsibility for recruitment HR administrative tasks Support, leading and guiding managers through all HR processes Implement improvements and ways of working across the HR function Active participation in HR projects You’ll thrive in this role if You have at least 1-2 years of experience in comprehensive HR work in a similar function, preferably in an international work environment You have experience and enjoy recruiting You enjoy administrative tasks and event planning You have good knowledge of German labor law You have already gained experience in working with a works council You can communicate fluently in German and English You have excellent communication and social skills Why Pointsharp? Our offices in Germany are located in Karlsruhe and Freiburg. Both locations are possible for this position. Mobile working is also possible several times a week. The position is to be filled part-time (22-30 hours per week). The position is limited to two years due to a parental leave replacement.
