You manage localization, testing and deployment waves including hyper care / post go-live and handover to the receiving organization after successful Go-Live. You ensure that the roll-in projects are delivered in time, scope, budget, and quality by closely working with local deployment teams not only remotely, but also directly with personal contact onsite in the various countries. By managing the local technology and change management teams, you ensure that local IT and staff are ready for deployment. You head the BT Program Management Office team to ensure that the program activities are in line with BT governance and requirements. You identify relevant stakeholders on all levels and collaborate and align closely with internal and external interfaces such as Global Process Owners, Operating Unit’s leadership teams, regional managers, and country’s managing directors to strengthen their commitment. You are sparring partner for your team members and also foster their individual development as well as the progress of the team You are highly motivated to play a key role in the BT program working in an international environment with our teams from all operating units Qualifications & Requirements: You have a degree in business administration, information management, engineering, or comparable studies with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience (optimally with large-scale transformation programs in a corporate environment) You are highly skilled in project, stakeholder, and change management and also dispose of the necessary IT knowledge, as you have a strong understanding of business and context You are characterized by strong communication, presentation & facilitation skills, which you easily demonstrate in English You shine with the necessary intercultural competencies and a growth mindset and you embrace working in a fast moving program and bring the required flexibility to adapt and act fast Your motivation to work in a high-performance international team helps the program to keep things moving in a very effective way You are used to working in a mix of onsite & offsite work (3 days in the office) as well as traveling (50%) Did we spark your interest?
