Manager CRM Marketing & B2B (all genders welcome) within our CX Strategy & Solution department at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
Job mission:
As a Manager CRM Marketing & B2B (all genders welcome) you will lead CRM campaigns across Europe, using data insights, AI automation, and segmentation to boost customer engagement and loyalty. The role also covers the development and enhancement of B2B CRM capabilities in our ecosystem, spanning from sales to marketing business areas
Your responsibilities:
Main responsibilities:
1. Lead CRM campaigns across European markets.
2. Use data insights, AI automation, and segmentation to boost engagement and loyalty.
3. Enhance B2B CRM capabilities across sales and marketing.
4. Collaborate with teams to align CRM solutions with business goals.
Key tasks:
CRM Campaign Strategy & Execution:
5. Define and coordinate comprehensive EU CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
6. Collaborate with service, marketing, sales, and product teams to streamline campaign strategies.
7. Facilitate campaign orchestration coordination (. parent campaigns) and legal validation
8. Support deployment and launch of National Sales Companies (NSCs) campaigns.
Data Management & Segmentation
9. Build and manage data segmentation, targeting strategies for NSCs.
10. Activate standard data segments from Data Cloud to Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment of CRM insights with future segmentations.
11. Make sure consent legality checks run across the entire data activation process
AI-Driven Automation & Innovation
12. Support the design, development, and deployment of AI features to enhance and automate campaign execution.
13. Monitor and propose refinement to AI-driven capabilities, providing insights and recommendations to local market users.
CRM Performance Monitoring & Insights
14. Act as the control tower for KEU CRM marketing dashboards and funnels, ensuring the identification of leaks through the creation and continuous improvement of performance KPIs.
15. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders, including top management, NSCs key users, and KEU teams.
16. Regularly update dashboards based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
17. Program Management of B2B CRM capabilities (Sales, Marketing)
18. Lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of B2B CRM capabilities using Salesforce Core Cloud and Marketing Cloud
19. Drive the roadmap for Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and automation to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness.
20. Establish governance frameworks, data quality standards, and compliance requirements for CRM processes.
Coordination of deployment of the B2B CRM solutions to markets (Sales, Marketing)
21. Oversee the implementation of new features, ensuring alignment with business needs (. SMEs demand intakes) and best practices.
22. Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations related to CRM and marketing automation tools.
23. Provide training and change management support to drive B2B CRM adoption and user engagement
Your talents:
Education:
24. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or Marketing.
Experience:
25. 6+ years’ experience in program/product management of CRM systems
26. Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Core Cloud, Data Cloud. HTML skills and campaign design is a plus.
27. Excellent program and product management and organizational skills.
28. Understanding of consent management practices for marketing activities in Europe
29. Interest in AI technologies and their application in marketing and customer service, ideally within the Automotive industry
30. Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate data-driven insights.
31. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
32. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
33. Previous involvement with multi country rollout of complex CRM solutions constitutes an advantage.
Skills:
34. Ability to drive international projects with good presentation skills
35. Good computer skills (MS-Office) especially excel and power point.
36. Able to manage resistances and oppositions, finding solutions within the constrictions
37. Dynamic, self-motivated with great level of originality
38. Fluent in English; an additional European language constitutes an advantage
