Overview The FP&A Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Financial Planning, Analysis and reporting cycle through the Budget / Rolling Forecast, ensuring to support the process to meet the Group Finance requirements in systems and proper alignment with local team. Understand, provide Business Insights and cause of variance for Mexico Ecuador P&L, Balance, and Cash Flow for every closing vs latest RF and LY?s, in charge of managing preclosing view and closing view to ensure closing per month is accurate and provides monthly cause of change vs latest and focus on OPEX control which represents 13% of NS. This is priority to drive Horizon Strategy, also include: Key accountabilities Support the process and calculations for Rolling Forecast covering P&L (Priority), Balance Sheet and Cash, aligning deliveries, deadlines and consistency/accuracy in the data provided by other areas. Ensure the alignment between the consensus with BIC MEXEC Management team and the data loaded in the systems for the process of Rolling Forecast in agreement with the deadlines. Owner of OPEX line Reporting, Multifunctional Business Partner (Human resources, Controllership, Commercial areas, etc.) to fully understand actuals and consolidate YTG account. Clearly explaining variations and anticipate risk and opps and ensure accuracy worth 13% of NS where many stakeholders need to receive visibility and follow up to meet targets. Participate in the process for CAPEX planning and reporting. Analysis of Full P&L; YTD, YTG and FY. Consolidate explanation of variations, work as Business Partner with ALL areas to anticipate in detail risks and opps. Adequate communication and influence for other areas is required. In charge of sharing Insight and Actions per every closing and Rolling Forecast to share with GM and Grupo Prepare Ad-Hoc analysis requested by Global, Region and Management Team. Qualification: Bachelor?s degree in finance, Accounting, Administration or related. 2-3 year of experience in Finance. Advanced/Fluent English Experience of Forecasting process, OPEX and CAPEX management. Experience in monitoring performance indicators Knowledge of Balance Sheet, Working Capital and General Accounting Knowledge of budgeting/forecasting tools (Anaplan a plus). Strong Microsoft Office package knowledge (Excel, Power Point, BI, Query) Strong manage and knowledge HFM, E1, S2M and connection between them.
