Field Marketing Manager (DACH) Germany Based (remote work) up to €76K plus bonus Our client, a leading organisation renowned for their high-quality training and certification programmes, is looking for a Field Marketing specialist with ideally strong language skills in either Working directly with the regional country managers and reporting to the Senior Field Marketing Manager, while working collaboratively with the matrixed Global Marketing: Acquisition, Brand, Product, and Content Marketing. You will integrate and work closely with the Sales teams and Business Units to ensure maximum success in the marketplace with appropriate marketing actions. Responsibilities With collaboration with sales leaders, you will define and manage the B2B and B2C marketing strategy, plan, and execution to the achievement of overall revenue and orders targets across Business Units. Drive a cohesive marketing and engagement plan while working with multiple stakeholders. Develop unique strategies and programs at regional level to account for market differences and needs, leverage local presence of customers/partners, etc Evaluate & report on marketing activity in EMEA, leveraging a set of key performance indicators. Ensure marketing contributes productively to the quarterly business reviews of the sales team you support. Work closely with the business development/inside sales teams to ensure they are enabled and equipped to act upon and progress leads from globally executed and locally executed marketing campaigns. Achieve sales targets for event training. Requirements Experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing within a B2B tech or education/membership industry Fluency in both German and English 4-5 years of lead generation, field marketing, and digital marketing experience. A proven track record of achievement - delivering results and achieving on-time and on-budget delivery. A strong grasp of financial performance and overall business operations. Highly analytical and results-focused leader Willingness to travel, with the ability to go to Munich at least once a month to meet up with colleagues.
