Job Description
* In this position you will continuously develop concepts, processes, and IT applications for the SAP HCM application landscape, specializing in the German SAP payroll module.
* Furthermore, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and change requests, primarily focusing on the SAP HCM PY area.
* You will act as a technical consultant for SAP interfaces, including IDOC and RFC.
* In addition, you will collaborate with German customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Also, you will also work closely with geographically distributed IT teams across Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific.
* Lastly, you will ensure seamless communication and cooperation between internal and external stakeholders to achieve effective solutions.
Qualifications
* Education: completed university studies in business informatics or a comparable subject
* Experience and Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of HR processes; Ability to read and debug ABAP code is beneficial
* Personality and Working Practice: your confident appearance distinguishes you, you have a very good self-organization, you see yourself as a team player; your customer and solution-oriented nature complements your overall profile
* Enthusiasm: you enjoy working in distributed teams of customers, consultants and in international teams of software developers and external service providers.
* Languages: fluent written and spoken German and English
*In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 86.000 EUR for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the eligibility requirements based on collective agreements) in the case of a comprehensive execution of job requirements. In addition, there is an individual, performance-related pay, a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
