The Role
As a ServiceNow Consult Partner, you will take a leading role in the design and implementation of strategic ServiceNow solutions in large client projects. You will work closely with C-level decision-makers to lead complex transformation programs and optimize our clients' business outcomes.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Lead and develop teams while fostering a culture of excellence.
2. Analyze business requirements of our clients and build and maintain relationships at the C-level.
3. Develop and implement strategies for utilizing the ServiceNow platform and identify new business opportunities.
4. Independently manage proposal situations and contract negotiations.
5. Collaborate closely with the client and internal teams to ensure successful project completion and strengthen client relationships.
6. Strategically advance the ServiceNow partnership.

Who You Are:
You bring:
1. A completed degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
2. At least 10 years of experience in IT consulting, ideally with ServiceNow or comparable service management systems.
3. Proven success in collaborating with C-level clients.
4. In-depth knowledge in service management, ideally with deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its strategic application.
5. Strong business development skills, excellent communication abilities, and client orientation.
6. Highest level of independent action.
7. Fluent in German and English.
