Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

• Solid foundation in product development processes, ideally supported by an educational background in Engineering or a related technical field.


• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, at a minimum B2 level.


• Ability to effectively engage with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds and maintain professional relationships in an international team setting.


• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively to a team environment to achieve collective goals.

Your tasks

• Support in managing project documentation and files in a centralized and files in a centralized repository, ensuring version control and accessibility.


• Support in tracking the work products of the development teams.


• Consolidate with cross - functional teams to gather required information.


• Support in organizing and scheduling project meetings and in documenting meeting minutes.


• Support in organizing improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
