Job Description CREATION OF A MONTHLY GLOBAL SUPPLY, PRODUCTION & INVENTORY PLAN In this role, you will contribute to creating a feasible monthly global supply, inventory, and production plan in SAP IBP, ensuring compliance with predefined rules and constraints. You will also prepare multiple scenarios for decision-making and support the successful preparation of monthly S&OP meetings, working closely with your counterparts in Finance and Sales. LOCAL PLANNING SUPPORT As a Global S&OP Planner, you will support local planners in successfully completing their required deliverables, ensuring the quality and accuracy of overall planning results. Additionally, as an S&OP expert, you will foster knowledge exchange within the global Red Bull S&OP community by organizing and contributing to regular best practice sharing sessions. S&OP ROLLOUTS & TRAINING In this role, you will facilitate S&OP training sessions, explaining both the process and tools to various audiences while providing support during user acceptance testing in system rollouts. You will also ensure the proper setup and functionality of systems for newly implemented S&OP markets. PROJECTS & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT As a Global S&OP Planner, you will actively contribute to continuous improvement projects related to systems and processes. As a key user, you will promote the use of advanced planning tools across HQ and subsidiaries, while leading and supporting various optimization initiatives. Qualifications 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, S&OP, or a similar role Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Fluent English is required; German is a plus. Basic SAP knowledge (APO, BI, R/3); experience with SAP IBP is a plus Advanced Excel & MS Office skills Strong analytical & conceptual thinking Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills Proactive, process-driven mindset with a "can-do" attitude Organizational talent and a true team player Additional Information Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,367 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
