ManTech is seeking a skilled, professional and service-oriented Management Analyst II join our vehicle sustainment team. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever Sanitization (ACAS) program. Important Note : Selected candidates without an ACTIVE German/E.U. Work Visa will be required to work the first 60 days in a Temporary role while obtaining their Visa. Once an E.U. Work Visa is approved, then you will be offered a Full-Time German Contract. If accepted, then you will be subjected to paying German taxes, obtaining German Healthcare, and working within the guidelines of the German labor system. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Provides leadership and management for all assigned logisticians and supply clerks. - Analyze and coordinate the logistical functions of a firm or organization. - Responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources. - Record, maintain, and initiate work order documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance. - Performs other related duties as assigned. - Plan, direct, or coordinate one or more administrative services for a specific program. - Handles records and information management, mail distribution, travel planning, deployment operations, and other office support services. - Executes all functional duties independently. - Distribute finished reports to clients and monitors and responds to client questions for further information. - Stores, maintains, researches, and retrieves records maintained by the organization on paper and in electronic format. - Implement and maintain office systems, schedules, and calendars. - Handle incoming mail and other material, set up and maintaining file systems. - Collate information and maintain databases. - Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications : - Two years of relevant experience. - Experience operating office equipment and managing office space. - Experience in providing administrative support and coordination to a contract, project, or task(s). - Experience in preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents. - Experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and document preparation. - Experience working independently with minimal supervision or guidance. - Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening. - Valid Driver's License. - High School Diploma or GED. Desired Qualifications: - Familiarity with military or commercial government contracts. Clearance Requirements: - Must have active Public Trust clearance. Physical Requirements: - Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel. - Must be able to push, pull, and reach. - Must be able to work in high noise areas. - Must be able to lift?50lbs and small parts. - Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
