Trainee Program in Integrated Supply Chain - Graduate Development Program (m/f/d) (limited for 2 years)
Job Description
Join our dynamic Integrated Supply Chain Team, supporting the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) Business, to gather an understanding of the E2E Supply Chain and be part of a winning Team!
We have two trainee positions in the field of Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) available. Both will rotate after one year between the following assignments at our location in Böblingen:
1st Assignment in our ISC Planning Team
On Time In Full (OTIF) is an important delivery KPI and we are focusing on further improvement towards best in class in our ISC Planning Team.
1. You will be part of the core team to partner with Factories, Consumables, Global Business Services (GBS) and Regions to identify root causes, agree on counter measures and drive improvements to reach our targets.
2. You will use data analytics tools, support deep dives to understand areas of defect and together with stakeholders define improvements.
3. You will apply LEAN methodology, like PRIDE structural problem solving.
4. You will support the definition of an updated OTIF KPI, for which we need to create a vision and execute an implementation plan, covering tooling, processes and people/change management.
2nd Assignment in our ISC Transformation Team
After one year, you will rotate into a Project Management role in Integrated Supply Chain.
5. You can join our transformation team, supporting the execution of one of our strategic projects as a project/workstream manager.
6. You will drive project goals and objectives, balancing and managing the project scope (including requirements), schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks.
7. You will utilize established project management methodologies, frameworks and tools to ensure project success.
8. You will build and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, influence decisions and negotiate solutions to align with project goals.
9. You will develop broad expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain processes through hands-on project involvement.
Great if you have the following:
10. Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations or a related field of study
11. First experience in project management (e.g. through internships or working student positions) beneficial
12. Ability to plan and organize multiple work streams, to drive projects and change initiatives
13. Understanding the end-to-end Supply Chain, Supply Chain concepts and LEAN methodology
14. Affinity for data analysis and tooling (Excel/Power BI/…)
15. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills
16. Excellent English language skills, German language skills beneficial
