Taking responsibility for the execution of maintenance and repair tasks in line with your qualifications. Conducting visual inspections, independently troubleshooting, and interpreting the MEL (Minimum Equipment List). Documenting the steps you have taken in your work. Executing technical instructions, coordinating and supervising maintenance work performed by colleagues with lower qualifications within the assigned work area.
