To always stay a step ahead, we’re looking for an outstanding Capture and Bid Manager tohelp us create winning proposals in a highly specialized deep tech market. The Capture and Bid Manager will be deeply involved in pre-RfP work, driving the capture phase with the Sales team, and ensure that all resources are aligned with the client's requirements before the bid gets underway. You will play a vital role in the Commercial Team at Reflex and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. Objectives of this role: Identify best practices for refining the company’s proposal processes and create a playbook for success. Be the point of contact for all commercial and institutional proposals and tenders. Work with the Sales team to develop clear win strategies across customer types and market segments; ensure win themes are clear and compelling. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end bid process as well as communication with the key stakeholders and partners in a joint bid. Own risk tracking and management throughout the bid process. Prepare and review various aspects of the bid (management, contractual, technical, commercial). Take the initiative to set realistic deadline and ensure on-time submission of compliant and complete contributions. Contribute to written proposals. Drive continuous improvement through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customers. Assume ownership of the internal proposal management and asset library. Your Background: Proven track record of writing winning proposals (TCV: 2m€ and higher). Exemplary communication skills in person and virtually. Exceptionally organized and disciplined mindsetStrong can-do (and want-to) attitude. Experience in managing defence and institutional tenders with a large number of partners. Strong desire and ability to make an impact for rapid company growth. Willingness to work from our Berlin office. Citizenship from a NATO or EU country (non-negotiable requirement). Fluency in English (verbal and writing) is a must, professional proficiency in German or French is an asset. Strong candidates also possess skills in the following areas: Knowledge of the space industry and the satellite market is highly appreciated. Team player with an eye on long-term company growth.
