Job Description
Business Area Wind is responsible for Vattenfall’s Onshore and Offshore Wind and other non-hydro Renewable activities. Today we develop, construct, and operate wind generation in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
For our Business Area Wind we are looking for a Working Student – Business Excellence for our office in Hamburg/Berlin .
You will part of the Business Excellence team, which is responsible to build out and implement the BU Onshore Business Process Management as well as executing cross-functional projects, which are of high importance for the Business Unit. The overall purpose is to achieve best-in-class process improvement culture within Business Unit. In this role you will be assigned to operational activities related to Jupiter, an internally developed project management tool.
Key responsibilities and duties
Drive activities related to our project management tool, Jupiter:
* Lead the Super User Forum responsible for the continuous improvement of the tool
* Prepare stories for DevOps
* Join Refinement and Review meetings with DevOps and Product Owners from BU OF and BU SOBA
* Align backlog and priorities with Product Owners from BU OF and BU SOBA
* 1st line of support to Super Users
* Responsible for onboarding sessions to new employees
* Update Jupiter documentation (e.g. user guide, admin guide etc.)
* Update FAQ page (SharePoint)
Qualifications
* You study business, economics, communication or a comparable course of studies and are at least in the third semester of your bachelor's degree or in your master's degree
* You have an analytical mindset, and have experience structuring and analyzing data
* You are comfortable familiarizing yourself with new IT tools
* You enjoy working with people and with some degree of independence
* You are service minded and can see yourself thriving in the role as 1st line of support to project team members
* You have an eye for details and keep an overview and structure, also when times are busy
* You are fluent in English (C1) written and spoken
* Preferably you have initial knowledge of Project Management topics and Business Process Management
* You are familiar with Office365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams etc.) and PowerBI.

* Flexible 2-4 days/week, and max 15-20 hours/week
* Location: Flexible (Hamburg or Berlin)
You will work closely together with the Jupiter Product Owner & Business Improvement Advisor Angel Calero Chicharro, who is based in the Hamburg office. BU Onshore is a virtual, international team, where you will have colleagues placed at different locations across our core countries.
