The Global Business Services (MBS) Trainee Program offers a comprehensive 24-month rotational experience within our Shared Service Center in Darmstadt. Throughout the program, trainees will have the opportunity to engage in diverse projects, both locally and abroad, and gain exposure to senior management. The program is designed to provide challenging assignments, dedicated mentorship, and continuous learning and development opportunities. Over the course of the first 1.5 years, trainees will undertake rotational assignments across various departments within MBS, aligning with team availability, ongoing projects, and the candidate's interests. Each rotation will typically span 2 to 4 months. During the second year, trainees will have the opportunity to gain firsthand experience by spending a period abroad, fostering interactions with customers and colleagues. The position is limited to 2 years.
