* Pull out all the stops: In close coordination with the specialist departments, you implement modern recruiting strategies for filling vacancies as well as employer branding measures
* You ensure that recruiting is tailored to needs and requirements and support the departments in the personnel planning process
* Setting the course for the future: You plan and implement exciting HR projects, e.g. for digitization and optimization of our HR processes, and accompany change processes
* As a valued contact person (m/f/d), you advise our managers and employees on all topics relating to human resources management – also at an international level
* You design tailor-made personnel development measures with a view to the future and in line with the company culture and company goals
* You will be responsible for looking after a defined group of employees, dealing with employment law issues and providing advice on all employment and social security law issues
* To successfully carry out your activities, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders

Required
* Several years of professional experience in HR and extensive knowledge in recruiting, personnel management and personnel development
* Completed studies in business administration, psychology, social sciences or law or a comparable subject with a focus on human resources
* Project management and methodological skills, experience in handling administrative HR tasks and knowledge of labor and social security law
* Proficient use of HR software (preferably rexx), good English skills, organizational talent and willingness to travel occasionally
* Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and strong empathy and integrity
