The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. He/she will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilitie Recruit and Onboard new hire Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, growth, and retention Coordinate performance appraisal process with team leads and department head Collaborate with managers to identify professional development opportunities and career paths Support company benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided to employees while managing relationships with related suppliers Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution Develop and update HR policies as necessary Manage the HR team. Qualification Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 5 years' experience in Human Resource Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategy Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Fluency in English and German What we offer 1 year contract.
