About the Role
We seek an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in Salzgitter at the earliest opportunity.
Your Responsibilities
1. Efficiently and timely resolve machine and equipment malfunctions, determining necessary replacement parts based on failure probability and replenishment time.
2. Ensure production equipment functionality through maintenance and repair work, establishing effective maintenance strategies as needed.
3. Develop and adapt budget plans for maintenance organization and planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
4. Supervise and oversee external contractors, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
5. Plan and manage personnel within the department, fostering professional growth and development of maintenance staff.
6. Analyze maintenance-relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTTR and MTBF, and conduct Pareto analyses of unplanned downtime, creating targeted action plans.
Who We Are Looking For
1. Completed studies in Engineering or Technical training with a focus on Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or equivalent qualifications.
2. Proven leadership experience in comparable positions, preferably in the automotive sector.
3. Methodical knowledge and experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Project Management, Kaizen, 5S.
4. Excellent English language skills in both written and spoken communication.
5. Proficiency in using company software (SAP/MS Office).
6. Familiarity with ISO TS 16949 quality management system.
