About The Role:
As Team Lead Management Support Functions & HR Controlling you will be the first point of contact for the performance controlling of the RWE Offshore Wind (OFF) Management & Support Function (MSF) departments. In addition, you and your team are responsible for HR Controlling for the global offshore wind organization. In this position you will report to the Head of Corporate Controlling Offshore. Your Future Plans:
1. Overseeing performance controlling and reporting for Management & Support Functions of RWE Offshore Wind
2. Developing the staff planning process and MSF mid/and long-term planning
3. Leading and development of a team of 8 Controlling experts
4. Preparing reports, management presentations, and ad-hoc reports for senior management
5. Design and implementation of technical HR concepts and reporting standards while ensuring appropriate structures for data protection and data quality
6. Serving as the central point of contact for internal Service Level Agreements and cross-border billing processes cross renewables segment and RWE Group
7. Responsible for cost controlling governance, including cost controlling structures and principles in SAP S/4 and CARS
8. Managing projects for the improvement of Controlling processes across several teams and countries
Your Profile:
9. Advanced university degree in Economics, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or similar (M.Sc. or equivalent)
10. You have several years of relevant professional experience
11. Very good analytical skills combined with sound knowledge of controlling methods and financial management concepts
12. Self-motivated to improve the business, hands on and fact-orientated attitude
13. Ability to work under high pressures and prioritize appropriately, demonstrating great attention to detail and diligence
14. You have the ability to develop teams through change processes
15. You are a leader with a high level of reliability, integrity and collaboration; high resilience & a good sense of humour
16. Your focus is on the development of your employees and you support and motivate your team with a focus on customer orientation, initiative and solution-orientated collaboration
17. You are a clear communicator who can listen and you coordinate multiple stakeholders, as well as international projects involving multiple departments
18. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of controlling systems (especially SAP) highly desirable
