Ihre Aufgaben
* You are part of a strong team that continuously enhances the target picture of the new sales model. The team refines in an agile way all business requirements.
* You will drive the co-creation process of the target picture with markets & external partners.
* You will support senior management to leverage Rental company partnerships in Europe.
* You will develop long-term relationships with Rental companies to enable further business opportunities.
* You will support the implementation of the cooperation strategy (contract development and harmonization) and take shared responsibility for selective markets and Rental companies.
* For selected markets and Rental companies, you will support the appropriate contribution to operative sales and profit targets.
* You will support the development & use of mutual benefits and/or tactical sales measures to support the markets in a harmonized process & business environment.
* You will align your topics with senior management, with markets & 3rd parties.
* You will align fulfillment of legal and compliance requirements with legal department.
Ihr Profil
* University degree and/or MBA.
* >5 years of work experience in two of the following areas: strategy development & implementation, corporate sales & B2B management, rental business, contract negotiation with 3rd parties, market intelligence & business case analytics, process & IT development, project management, public relations & community management.
* Excellent communication & negotiating skills.
* Sound understanding of B2B business model.
* Experience in B2B business (Rental companies).
* Cross-Functional Leadership, and ability to set and reach commitment for priorities.
* Communication and integration including Market views.
* Change-oriented Mindset.
* Languages: German & English (fluent).
* Confident appearance in international environment & willingness to travel.
