Join our "IT & Media Service" team at the earliest possible date in Full-time or part-time (min. 80%) at the earliest possible date as IT SUPPORTER (m/f/d) Your tasks with us You are responsible for the user help desk in 1st level support using the ticket system or via hotline and support our employees with all IT inquiries regarding software and hardware, including media technology. You document service processes and work proactively on their further development. Your area of responsibility is device management. You carry out the initial setup and configuration of mobile devices using Microsoft 365 and are the first point of contact for error analysis and troubleshooting. You provide our new employees with IT equipment and carry out IT onboarding You are responsible for purchasing IT equipment. You are responsible for license management, which includes taking an inventory of the software used and maintaining an overview of compliance with the guidelines. You work on IT projects. What you bring with you You have completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience in IT support. You have knowledge of Windows operating systems and have already worked with network technologies (LAN, WLAN, VPN) You have basic knowledge of server and cloud technologies You enjoy qualified customer support and are characterized by a high degree of service orientation. A precise, structured and reliable way of working is important to you. You are a team player. Very good German language skills, good English language skills and good communication skills round off your profile.
