Your key responsibilities
1. Key role in the implementation of the Business Management cluster structure at Aenova
2. Lead the Aenova Business Management teams at our Northern German sites (Gronau, Marburg, Muenster) and Ireland and build up a dedicated team each
3. Manage and improve client relationships for all commercial manufacturing clients
4. Perform key tasks in the relationship management, new business development, project cost and price definition, commercial proposals, technology transfer and supply agreements, financial and business modelling, GMP & health & safety
5. Collaborate with Business Development in managing new business opportunities
6. Act as an interface between the production sites and commercial Sales
Your profile
7. Relevant degree with demonstrable experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the finished product operational environment
8. Client-facing experience
9. Strong organisational abilities, dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active approach to taking on challenging assignments
10. Strong project ownership ethic with a “can do” attitude
11. Ability to work within and deliver critical timelines
12. Outstanding communication skills, fluent in English and German - both in written and spoken
13. Willingness to travel within Aenova's European site network
14. Home based in the area of responsibility would be an advantage
