Quality Program Lead
The Quality Program Lead has a unique role in checking, maintaining and developing quality processes. The role is crucial for CPP to secure the follow-up of quality issues, to maintain and improve the use of quality methods like 8D in our company and to ensure the structural quality approach in the execution of the development processes and the internal quality processes. The Quality Program Lead also supports the maintenance of our quality management system.
The role
In this role you are responsible for tasks and projects to enhance quality processes in our company. You ensure that renowned methods are well introduced and implemented in the organizational parts where they are necessary. Examples include: 8D introduction and process improvement, support of improving our CPP management system, and improvement of the product development process from a quality point of view. Additionally, you have several tasks in reporting on service quality, manufacturing quality, and R&D quality.
You will work in Poing or in Venlo, as part of a team of 18 professionals in the field of product quality, safety, and environment. To bring the projects to the necessary results, you will closely cooperate with many other parts of our organization. For the role, it is necessary to be on-site for 3 days a week. You should be able to travel between Venlo (the Netherlands) and Poing (Germany) once a month.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a pro-active Quality Program Lead who is able to critically assess product quality and product quality processes. You work independently, take initiative, and lead several projects to results. You cooperate naturally with colleagues in Product Development, Manufacturing, and Service in our sites in the Netherlands and in Germany.
Besides that, you:
1. have a bachelor degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent education
2. have a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management
