The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.
How you will CELLebrate
* Cross-departmental developing and modeling of business processes, with a focus on interface analysis and definition (BPMN 2.0)
* Using analysis tools such as Signavio Process Intelligence to identify optimization potential
* Continuously increasing the effectiveness, efficiency and fulfillment of requirements of our business processes
* Carrying out projects to optimize end-to-end processes
* Ensuring that all business processes are designed to meet the requirements of the integrated mangement system
What you need for our CELLebration
* University degree in industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
* Extensive professional experience in relevant professional fields, such as process optimization, process modeling and quality management
* Solid understanding of process management concepts, BPM techniques and knowledge of process modeling standards, ideally BPMN 2.0
* In-depth understanding of key business processes such as order processing, procurement, invoicing, planning, production and problem solving and their typical potential for improvement
* Experience in project management and workshop facilitation
* Business fluent in English
What else can you bring
* Experience in the automotive supplier and e-mobility sector
* Knowledge of standards through acquired qualifications with regard to management system standards DIN EN ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 or IATF 16949
* Experience with process mining tools (e.g. Celonis, Fluxicon, ARIS Process Performance Manager, QPR) or PowerBI
* Experience in working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP), including data extraction, analysis and reporting
