Your tasks:
9. You are responsible for the on-time and cost-optimized procurement of spare parts / individual parts according to drawings and external work processes
10. You will be in charge of the entire procurement process, from request for quotation, order processing and clarification of supplier queries to complaints management
11. You work closely with internal interfaces, such as order management, service desk and the shopfloor
12. You support the supplier search, evaluation and selection process
13. You independently conduct price negotiations at the position level
14. You support the implementation of a modern supply chain management and actively contribute to it
Your profile:
15. You have a degree in business or technical studies or can show a completed apprenticeship with relevant experience
16. You ideally have relevant professional experience in technical purchasing in a metal processing industrial company
17. You are service- and customer-oriented, assertive, enjoy working with a team, convince with a very structured way of working and have good communication skills. In addition, you have an affinity for deadlines, costs and numbers
18. Experience with MS Office and advanced knowledge with SAP are required
19. Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite, confident English skills are indispensable in our international environment
