Database Administrator – MongoDB
Our client is a well-known Cyber security consultancy that works with a variety of customers across different industrial sectors in Germany and internationally.
Furthermore, they also focus on provision of Cyber insurance, all under one roof while they continue to expand their capabilities further.
At the moment, they are looking for a Database Administrator (MongoDB), to make their database landscape future-proof and efficient. You will be working within a team to innovate solutions, and contribute your expertise to take their infrastructure to the next level.
Your tasks:
* You will ensure the reliability and secure operation of their MySQL and MongoDB databases in the Linux environment.
* You will be using workflows and playbooks in Ansible, you will automate recurring processes and optimize efficiency.
* You will leverage modern technologies and take their database management in cloud and container environments to a new level.
* You will be analyzing their database systems, identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable optimizations.
Your profile:
* You have relevant experience as a database administration along with solid knowledge in MySQL and MongoDB database administration.
* Experience with Linux administration and ideally in cloud technologies and container solutions such as kubenetes, docker.
* You have a good understanding of automation tools such as Ansible and an interest in making processes more efficient.
* You should have excellent communication skills in both German (C1 level atleast) and fluent English.

Salary: € 60,000 to € 80,000 Brutto per year
Location: Schleswig-Holstein or Remote with Germany
