Funds Corporate Officer : the function
* You independently manage the entire lifecycle of a company, from its incorporation to its liquidation.
* You prepare Board meetings, Shareholders' meetings, and handle the opening of bank accounts for the company's clients, who are P/E funds or AIFMs.
* You provide support during internal and external audits aimed at ensuring compliance with Compliance procedures.
* You conduct legal monitoring on AML/KYC topics related to your client portfolio.
* You are the point of contact for various external partners of the company (notary, lawyer, tax authorities) on all matters related to fund administration and legal documentation (CSSF, RCS, RBE).
Funds Corporate Officer : your profile
* You hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or any other related field.
* You are fluent in French and English (knowledge of Italian is a real plus).
* You are familiar with the tasks of a Corporate Officer ( with 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role in Luxembourg ) and have a good understanding of AML/KYC as well as an interest in the legal field.
* Knowledge of funds (UCITS/AIFM/PE) is a real asset for this position.
* You are described as a curious, motivated person with a desire to learn and develop professionally.
