Job Title : Business Development Manager (German Region Systems Integrator)
Location : Remote sales role. Report to HQ directly.
Job Description : We seek a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into the German market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in government and military and a strong professional network in these sectors. This role will work closely with our Taiwan HQ to achieve company objectives and ensure seamless collaboration.
Responsibilities :
1. Business Strategy:
* Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to meet company objectives.
* Partner with Taipei HQ to define target customers and establish strategic partnerships to meet sales goals.
1. Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to address client needs effectively.
2. Market Analysis:
* Conduct market research to identify B2B opportunities in the market.
* Leverage experience from a Systems Integrator (SI) background to collaborate with local SIs, focusing on the military, defense, and public safety sectors.
* Utilize expertise in Taiwanese technology products for effective local business development.
* Stay knowledgeable about rugged laptops, tablets, NAS, servers, and DRAM/SSD-related products.
3. Professional Skills & Abilities:
* New Business Development:
o Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing networks.
o Develop compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our products and services to potential clients.
* Partnership Development:
o Collaborate with key stakeholders to forge strategic partnerships with SIs, technology providers, and industry associations.
o Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
* Performance Tracking:
o Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales revenue and client satisfaction.
o Provide regular reports and insights to HQ management to evaluate performance and guide strategic decisions.
