You stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements and explore their potential for enhancing the learning experience and impact. You manage learning management systems at European level and support the Business in using it to its full extent You manage multi-site projects and lead others indirectly to accomplish European L&D targets How you convince us:You hold a university degree in a technical field (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation or similar) You have at least two years of experience in a technical area and cross-functional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Experience in leading complex projects, engage and coach project members and keep all stakeholders involved Ideally you have experience in skill development or overall Learning & Development topics You are interested in people development You are a fast learner with a desire to take on new challenges with a sense of culture sensitivity Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (German would be a plus), with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and the top management of the region Professional moderation and communication and ability to motivate and influence others Able to build relationships and discuss with people at different levels of the organization, demonstrating active listening skills and a collaborative working style Analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging learning materialsPragmatic team player, with an ability to perform well under pressure You are a team player but also able to work independently, structured and proactive Ability and willingness to work in a virtual team Passionate for technology, digitalization, automatization and understanding of operations work environment You have a very good knowledge in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams any Learning management or authoring tool knowledge would be a plus. LI-CP3 114350 The Göttingen plant in central Germany is an important European site for the production of beverage can stock and surface-treated aluminium for many attractive markets and employs around 700 people. It specializes in the surface treatment of aluminium coil stock and includes a research and development center primarily concerned with the study and development of surface coatings and the simulation of end-product manufacturing at the customer''s site. In addition, the Göttingen plant supplies extruded bottles, cartridges, and cases for the automotive, construction, pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.Novelis is committed to the local community and works in numerous collaborations with schools to promote math and science education as well as robotics competitions and workshops.
