What you'll do
* You'll define and standardize logistics and transportation processes across multiple geographies to ensure consistency and scalability
* Optimize logistics operations and increase process with advanced TMS and real-time visibility tools
* You'll act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring that transportation needs are fully integrated into the IT roadmap
* Align people, processes, and technology by overseeing the implementation of enterprise-wide projects such as SAP S/4HANA ensuring global process are matching with business requirements and globally standardized
* Through excellent stakeholder management, you'll partner with global and regional peers to drive organizational alignment and manage incoming requests
Who you are
* You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, and a proven track record of optimizing and standardizing business processes within SCM and Transportation
* Combining deep expertise in supply chain logistics with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you drive significant improvements in transportation operations
* Hands-on experience with TMS and real-time visibility tools enables you to improve operational efficiency and support decision-making
* Adept at managing large international projects, you excel at delivering complex projects and working with global teams
* You'll bring a strong analytical mindset and the ability to execute strategic, digital thinking, along with fluency in English and a willingness to travel occasionally
